By using mattimeo.net or Mattimeo Tools software, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

License

Unless otherwise stated, software is licensed, not sold, for use on devices you own or administer. Preview builds are provided for evaluation. Paid license terms (seats, transfer, updates) will be stated on the product page at purchase time.

Third-party components

Mattimeo Browser uses Microsoft Edge WebView2 and community filter lists such as EasyList and EasyPrivacy. Those components remain subject to their own licenses.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Business users represent they have authority to act for their organization.

Disclaimer

Software and the site are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We work to ship reliable builds, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview builds may contain bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is California courts, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
